The plans show twenty five (25) feet. <br /> * Curb cuts for the driveway is limited to twenty two (22) feet. <br /> * City code requires B-6-18 curb around the perimeter of the parking and drive surface <br /> • * Parking and drive surface must be setback five (5) feet from property line to back of curb. <br /> * City,code requires fifty four(54)parking spaces (based on the number of occupants). <br /> * Building must be equipped with an automatic fire suppression system throughout including <br /> enclosed spaces in the attic area. <br /> * All portions of the building must be accessible per chapter 1340 of the State building code. <br /> * Auditorium must have exits on both sides. <br /> Please note, this is a preliminary plan review and is not all inclusive.
