RESOLUTION NO. 6572 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVING APPOINTMENTS TO THE NORTHWEST AREA LIBRARY <br />ACCESS TASK FORCE <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Library is undertaking a major initiative <br />to evaluate services in the northwest portion of the County; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Library is looking for participation from <br />area City Officials and residents in order to develop a consensus on providing the <br />best possible library service for the area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the initiative involves developing a Northwest Area Library <br />Access Task Force that will examine various aspects of library services and make <br />a recommendation to the Ramsey County Library Board in one year. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. Council Member ________________ will service as the public <br />official representative to the Northwest Area Library Task Force. <br /> <br />2. The Mayor will appoint the Mound View citizen’s representative to <br />the Northwest Area Library Access Task Force.
