Ceiling tiles will need to be removed. Walls will be scuffed or damaged. <br />And flooring will certainly be impacted. The plan therefore calls for the recovering <br />of most surfaces; replacement of ceiling tiles and flooring, and painting or adding <br />gypsum board to walls. <br /> <br /> <br />Bid Date – An August 24, 2005, 1:00 p.m. bid opening date will provide ample <br />time to provide the required notification to contractors as per state statute. <br /> <br /> <br />Next Steps - Should this project proceed, the next City Council actions will be to <br />award a construction contract, award a storage and moving contract, approve a <br />contract amendment with Canyon Grille, and authorization of payment to <br />Ramsey County for office space rental.
