ATTENDANCE: Commission mernbers shall advise the designated Staff rnember or the Comtnission chaiarperson of an anticipated absence from any regularly scheduled Planniaa� Commission meeting. Any member attendizig Iess than 20 meetings per year without #h� cansent of the Commission shall be deemed to have vacated the offiee, and such vacancy� shall be filled by the City Council pursuani to . General Standard: No Commissior�er shall be appointed with private or persanal interests iikely io conflict with the general public interest. If any persan appointed to the Cornmission shall iind that their private or personal interests are involved in any matter coming before the Commission, they sha11 disqualify themselves from taking part in anv discussion or actien on the matter; alternatively, they may be disqualified by a, two�thirds (2/3) majority �vote of the Camxnissioners in attendance. 2.
