Any member attendizig Iess than 20 meetings per year without #h� <br />cansent of the Commission shall be deemed to have vacated the offiee, and such vacancy� <br />shall be filled by the City Council pursuani to . <br />Section 401.03, Suhd. 1. A ieav� of absence may be granted by the consent of the <br />Comrnission. <br />B. CONFLICT O�' INTSREST: <br />1. General Standard: No Commissior�er shall be appointed with private or persanal <br />interests iikely io conflict with the general public interest. If any persan appointed to <br />the Cornmission shall iind that their private or personal interests are involved in any <br />matter coming before the Commission, they sha11 disqualify themselves from taking <br />part in anv discussion or actien on the matter; alternatively, they may be disqualified by <br />a, two�thirds (2/3) majority �vote of the Camxnissioners in attendance. <br />2.
