Utility Infrastructure <br /> Utilities are present and/or are available to vacant parcels seeking improvements. The <br /> City of St. Paul maintains an easement along the north side of Silver Lake Pointe senior • <br /> residences, between TH 10 and Silver Lake Road, for a water trunk facility. The <br /> easement permits maintenance of this facility and offers protection from damage and <br /> obstruction. <br /> Public Lands and Community Facilities <br /> At the time of the drafting of this plan, the Mounds View EDA holds title to property <br /> located west of Eastwood Road in the northwest corner of the intersection of County <br /> Road I and TH 10. The City has no city-owned parklands or tail systems within the study <br /> area. Likewise, there are no other publicly-owned lands or community facilities (library, <br /> school, community center, administrative offices) within the study area at the present <br /> time. <br /> Existing Land Uses <br /> Section 9 is characterized by a relatively broad range of land uses, from single family <br /> residential to highway oriented commercial.
