<br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6609 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING ______________ TO THE POSITION <br />OF MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING ASSOCIATE <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon direction from the Mounds View City Council, the Planning <br />Associate position was advertised; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, 48 applications were received for the position and seven applicants <br />were chosen for interview; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, _____________ skills and experience were determined to most closely <br />match the duties and responsibilities as outlined in the planning associate job description; <br />and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, _____________ has consented to a drivers license and criminal <br />background check which will be performed as a condition of employment; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, _____________ will begin employment on or after August 29, 2005 at <br />Step 1 of the hourly wage scale as adopted herein below: <br /> <br />Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 Step 4 Step 5 <br />$17.78 $18.89 $20.00 $21.11 $22.22 <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />appoints ______________ to the position of Planning Associate with employment to <br />commence on or after August 29, 2005, subject to satisfactory background checks. <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of October, 2003. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Clerk / Administrator <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
