The Payroll/Utility Billing Technician was asked to take over these <br />duties, and for those duties continues to be compensated an additional 5% of her <br />base pay (Resolution 6006). The Human Resource duties that were added to the <br />position deal with payroll. Debbie Jasper has performed these duties for just over <br />2 years. There is no Stanton Job Classification directly matching the duties and <br />requirements of combining Payroll/Utility Billing and some Human Resource duties. <br />This job description was sent to Labor Relations for an assessment. The HAY <br />points issued was 183 points, which is consistent with Debbie Jasper’s current pay. <br />The Payroll/Utility Billing Technician will stay the same (which includes the 5% <br />compensation). Her rate of pay is currently at Step 5 $21.47/hr or $44,657.60/yr. <br />Debbie Jasper meets all requirements of this job description. This is a non-union <br />position and non-exempt position.
