Transfer of Ownership is from 36 <br />Mounds View Jake’s Inc., to Thomas Stuart 37 <br /> 38 <br />Administrative Assistant Crane stated that a Public Hearing was opened on August 22, 2005 for 39 <br />public comment for this transfer of license. No public comment was made.
