Medtronic Review <br />October 10, 2005 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Building Design <br /> <br />The building will be constructed of precast concrete wall panels with horizontal and vertical <br />reveals. The base of the building will have a decorative or specialty stone base. The rooftop <br />utilities will be hidden from view by metal panel screens to match the color scheme of the <br />building. These rooftop mechanical aprons and elevator penthouses will be inwardly set back <br />from the edge of the building by as much as thirty feet to reduce their visibility. The facade will <br />be dominated by a series of reflective one-inch thick vision glass windows set in prefinished <br />thermal break frames. The first floor of the building will have a 20-foot sidewall height while all <br />subsequent floors will be at a 15-foot height except the top floor which will be 17 feet. The <br />total building height, including the roof-mounted equipment, will be 140 feet.
