<br /> <br />RESOLUTION 6660 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVING PREMISE PERMIT FOR THE LION’S CLUB <br />TO PERMIT CHARITABLE GAMBLING AT THE MERMAID LOCATED IN THE <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Lion’s Club presently holds a charitable <br />gambling premise permit approved by the City of Mounds View; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Lion’s Club is requesting renewal of its <br />charitable gambling license; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, State Law requires the Mounds View Lion’s Club to obtain <br />premise permits to allow charitable gambling at the following location: <br /> <br /> The Mermaid <br /> 2200 Highway 10 <br /> Mounds View, MN 55112 <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br />of Mounds View hereby approves the renewal of the charitable gambling premise <br />permits for the location listed in this resolution for the Mounds View Lion’s Club. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 24th day of October, 2005 <br /> <br /> <br /> ___________________________________ <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ___________________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal)
