ROLL CALL: <br /> Mayor Marty, Council Members Stigney, Flaherty, Gunn. <br /> <br />3. DISCUSSION <br /> <br />The Mounds View City Council held a closed executive session at the <br />New Brighton City Hall, located at, 803 Old Hwy 8 NW, New Brighton <br />Minnesota. The purpose of the meeting is to consider allegations or <br />charges against an individual subject to City Council authority. <br /> <br />The City Council reviewed staff reports and discussed the matter in <br />question with the City Attorneys.
