First Reading and Introduction of Ordinance 727, an Ordinance Amending 19 <br />Section 1006.07 of the Municipal Code Pertaining to Enforcement of 20 <br />Conditions of Development. 21 <br /> 22 <br />Community Development Director Ericson indicated that Staff has added wording to the 23 <br />Ordinance to ensure that all conditions of development are met and to allow Staff a mechanism 24 <br />for enforcement. 25 <br /> 26 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Marty. To Introduce the First Reading, Waive the Reading, and 27 <br />Approve Ordinance 727, an Ordinance Amending Section 1006.07 of the Municipal Code 28 <br />Pertaining to Enforcement of Conditions of Development. 29 <br /> 30 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 31 <br /> 32 <br />Director Ericson indicated that the second reading would occur at the January 26, 2004 Council 33 <br />meeting. 34 <br /> 35 <br />H. Resolution 6159, a Resolution Approving the 2004 City Council Fee 36 <br />Schedule. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Council Member Marty suggested Council consider allowing girl scouts, boy scouts and other 39 <br />similar nonprofit groups to use the basement at City Hall since they are now priced out of using 40 <br />the Community Center. He also asked that reduced fees for community group use of the 41 <br />Community Center be considered when the RFP is drafted. 42 <br /> 43 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Gunn.
