Mounds View City Council April 12, 2004 <br />Regular Meeting Page 3 <br /> <br />Council Member Marty asked whether the City would be reimbursed for expenses for the 1 <br />Waldoch minor subdivision and Building N matters. 2 <br /> 3 <br />Community Development Director Ericson indicated that it has been past practice to seek 4 <br />reimbursement when there are any expenses involved for the City. 5 <br /> 6 <br />Mayor Linke commented that the City had to pay $4,000 to the state for a community water 7 <br />connection fee. He further commented that it is an unfunded mandate by the legislature that the 8 <br />City has to pay for. 9 <br /> 10 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Gunn.
