Resolution 6332, Approving the 2004 Mounds View Employee Suggestion 2 <br />Program. 3 <br /> 4 <br />Council Member Stigney verified that if two people put a suggestion in for the same item, they 5 <br />would each receive half of the $25. 6 <br /> 7 <br />The resolution was read aloud by Council Member Stigney. 8 <br /> 9 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. To adopt Resolution 6332, Approving the 2004 Mounds 10 <br />View Employee Suggestion Program. 11 <br /> 12 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 13 <br /> 14 <br />G. Resolution 6307 Revising Section 3.25(D) of the Mounds View Personnel 15 <br />Policy Regarding Compensatory Time. 16 <br /> 17 <br />Council Member Marty suggested having the employees use their comp time by the end of 18 <br />October instead of during the Thanksgiving holiday. 19 <br /> 20 <br />City Clerk/Administrator Ulrich stated that wasn’t necessary because the goal was simply to 21 <br />complete it by the end of the year before going into a new budget year. 22 <br /> 23 <br />MOTION/SECOND. Gunn/Stigney. To waive the reading and approve Resolution 6307, 24 <br />Revising Section 3.25(D) of the Mounds View Personnel Policy Regarding Compensatory Time. 25 <br /> 26 <br /> Ayes-5 Nays-0 Motion carried. 27 <br /> 28 <br />H. Resolution 6320, Approving the Renewal of the 2004-2005 School Resource 29 <br />Officer Agreement Between the cities of Mounds View and New Brighton and 30 <br />ISD#621. 31 <br /> 32 <br />Deputy Chief Brennan stated the City of New Brighton has supplied a school resource officer at 33 <br />Irondale High School since 1994, and the City of Mounds View has participated in the funding 34 <br />since its inception. He stated the school district pays 50 percent, and the other 50 percent is split 35 <br />between Mounds View and New Brighton based on a per capita attendance formula. He stated 36 <br />the projected cost for this renewal period is $11,699.56. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Mayor Linke asked whether the City of Mounds View benefits from this service, and Deputy 39 <br />Chief Brennan stated that they did. 40 <br /> 41 <br />MOTION/SECOND. Quick/Gunn. To waive the reading and approve Resolution 6320, 42 <br />Approving the Renewal of the 2004-2005 School Resource Officer Agreement Between the 43 <br />Cities of Mounds View and New Brighton and ISD#621. 44 <br /> 45
