Mounds View Project Updates <br />Website: The initial kick-off meeting with REVIZE was conducted March 13, 2017. <br />REVIZE will provide a final web design to review once all pictures, files, and overall site <br />plan has been completed. The entire best-case scenario for the design phase is <br />expected to take approximately 5-6 months and around 15-17 weeks in the best case <br />scenario to launch the new website. Staff will continue to provide updates throughout <br />the project. <br /> <br />E. North Metro Business Council Meeting <br />The last North Metro Business Council meeting was held March 8, 2017 at 7:30 a.m. at <br />the Mermaid Event Center. The theme was community policing and engagement. <br />Mounds View’s Chief Nate Harder, provided an update on community involvement <br />activities from the past year and fielded several questions from the attendees. The next <br />meeting will be held June 14, 2017. The topic and speaker is unknown at this time. <br /> <br />F. MWF Developers <br />MWF Developers is looking to construct around 60 units of workforce housing on two <br />lots owned by Cynthia Johnson, located at 2865 Mounds View Boulevard and 7980 <br />Groveland Road and also two adjacent tax forfeiture lots. On March 6, 2017 MWF <br />Developers presented an update to the City Council in a Council work session. They are <br />asking for a Housing TIF among other requirements that will help to enhance their ability <br />to score higher on the tax credit application. <br />
