RESOLUTION 8119 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF THE AGREEMENT WITH THE <br />FESTIVAL IN THE PARK OF MOUNDS VIEW FOR THE <br />2013 FESTIVAL IN THE PARK <br />WHEREAS, The City of Mounds View desires to co-sponsor an annual community <br />event entitled "Mounds View Festival in the Park" to be held on August 17, 2013; and <br />WHEREAS, the 2013 Festival Agreement, attached as Exhibit A, has been reviewed <br />by the City Council, the City Attorney, and have been reviewed and approved for execution <br />by the Festival in the Park of Mounds View Committee, the non-profit organization in <br />charge of the Festival. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve the attached Festival Agreement as set forth in Exhibit A and authorizes its <br />execution by the Mayor and City Administrator. <br />Adopted this 8t" day of July, 2013. <br />Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />James Ericson, City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
