To waive the reading and adopt Resolution 6375, adopting 14 <br />Resolution 6375, an Off Sale Liquor License for Network Liquor Store, LLC, located at 2345 15 <br />County Road H2. 16 <br /> 17 <br /> Ayes-5 Nays-0 Motion carried. 18 <br /> 19 <br />B. 7:10 Public Hearing Resolution 6381 an Off Sale Liquor License for ABC 20 <br />Liquor located at 2840 Highway 10 (transfer of ownership). 21 <br /> 22 <br />Mayor Linke opened the public hearing. 23 <br /> 24 <br />Council Member Marty asked if this person was related to the person in the prior license, and 25 <br />Desiree stated that they were not related that she knew of. 26 <br /> 27 <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing. 28 <br /> 29 <br />MOTION/SECOND.
