The intent of the resolution <br />was to reaffirm the hierarchy of communication and to reaffirm the duties and <br />expectations of the City Administrator as spelled out in the City Charter. <br /> <br />Discussion: <br /> <br />The City Council discussed this issue on February 3, 2003, and as a result, there was <br />direction to place this on the agenda for tonight’s meeting to consider rescinding the <br />resolution. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Consider Resolution 5944, a resolution rescinding Resolution 5555. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_____________________________________ <br />James Ericson <br />Interim City Clerk/Administrator <br /> <br />Attachments: <br /> <br />1.
