Page 2 <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View establishes the policy that all communication between City staff and <br />Department Directors shall be forwarded to the City Council through the City Clerk- <br />Administrator who is acting as the chief administrative officer of the City.
