Mounds View City Council August 25, 2003 <br />Regular Meeting Page 7 <br /> <br />Ms. Osmonson indicated that she had not reviewed the contract but has the permits and they were 1 <br />for building only not electrical. She then said she would look into the contract further. 2 <br /> 3 <br />Council Member Quick indicated that if the monitor is in the contract then Council should pursue 4 <br />Ebert. 5 <br /> 6 <br />City Administrator Ulrich apologized for not thinking of it sooner but suggested Staff look into 7 <br />having the sprinkler system monitored through the water department with the use of automatic 8 <br />dialers. 9 <br /> 10 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Marty. To Postpone Resolution 6072 to the September 8, 2003 11 <br />Council Meeting. 12 <br /> 13 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 14 <br /> 15 <br />City Attorney Riggs indicated that Item 9B requires a roll call vote. 16 <br /> 17 <br />City Administrator Ulrich called the roll. 18 <br /> 19 <br />ROLL CALL: Linke/Quick/Marty/Stigney/Gunn. 20 <br /> 21 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 22 <br /> 23 <br />D. Consideration of Resolution 6073, a Resolution Authorizing a Minor 24 <br />Subdivision of 8450 Knollwood Drive. 25 <br /> 26 <br />Community Development Director Ericson indicated that the applicant has requested a 27 <br />subdivision of his property and noted that the property could be split into three lots but the 28 <br />applicant is only requesting two lots. He then indicated that the Planning Commission reviewed 29 <br />the request and unanimously recommends approval. 30 <br /> 31 <br />Community Development Director Ericson reviewed with Council the stipulations attached to 32 <br />the approval of the Resolution and indicated that the applicant has paid the park dedication fee 33 <br />required. 34 <br /> 35 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Marty. To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 6073, a 36 <br />Resolution Authorizing a Minor Subdivision of 8450 Knollwood Drive. 37 <br /> 38 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Council Member Marty thanked the Planning Commission for their work on this matter. 41 <br /> 42
