Consideration of Resolution 6073, a Resolution Authorizing a Minor 24 Subdivision of 8450 Knollwood Drive. 25 26 Community Development Director Ericson indicated that the applicant has requested a 27 subdivision of his property and noted that the property could be split into three lots but the 28 applicant is only requesting two lots. He then indicated that the Planning Commission reviewed 29 the request and unanimously recommends approval. 30 31 Community Development Director Ericson reviewed with Council the stipulations attached to 32 the approval of the Resolution and indicated that the applicant has paid the park dedication fee 33 required. 34 35 MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Marty. To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 6073, a 36 Resolution Authorizing a Minor Subdivision of 8450 Knollwood Drive. 37 38 Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 39 40 Council Member Marty thanked the Planning Commission for their work on this matter. 41 42
