To Approve the City Council Minutes for September 8, 5 2003 as Presented. 6 7 Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 8 9 11. REPORTS 10 11 A. Reports of Mayor and Council 12 13 Council Member Gunn indicated that Irondale High would be having a marching band show on 14 Saturday, September 27, 2003 starting at 5:30 p.m. and invited all to come out and support them. 15 16 Mayor Linke indicated the Bridges is having glow ball golf Friday, September 26, 2003 17 beginning at 6:30 p.m. and invited all to come out and play. Fees are $22.00 per adult golfer and 18 $17.00 per youth golfer. 19 20 B. Reports of Staff 21 22 1. Camcorder Use Policy 23 24 City Administrator Ulrich indicated that Council had requested that Staff develop a camcorder 25 use policy and that has been done and it will be adopted as an administrative policy. 26 27 2. City Priority Document 28 29 City Administrator Ulrich indicated he had brought this item forward to show Council the 30 priorities adopted and the strategies, completion dates and which Staff members will be working 31 to complete the project. 32 33 3. Employee Appreciation Breakfast 34 35 City Administrator Ulrich indicated that a breakfast has been planned in an attempt to cut down 36 on costs while still providing recognition to employees for years of service. He then indicated 37 that Council Members are invited and said Department Heads will be serving the employees. 38 39 Mayor Linke asked Staff to post the meeting. 40 41 4.
