RESOLUTION NO. 5777 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING REVISED SALARY <br />SCHEDULE FOR THE <br />ASSISTANT CLUBHOUSE MANAGER/GOLF INSTRUCTOR <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 15, 2001 the Mounds View City Council <br />discontinued use of a percentage policy to compensate golf instructors for lessons; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council directed staff to recommend revisions to the <br />Assistant Clubhouse Manager position description and salary schedule as necessary; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this position is a member of the AFSCME unit and the <br />following salary ranges have been agreed upon for the periods indicated: <br /> <br /> 2001: 27,541.10 29,262.41 30,983.73 32,705.05 34,426.37 <br /> 2002: 28,688.64 30,481.68 32,274.72 34,067.76 35,860.80 <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Assistant Clubhouse <br />Manager will be compensated at Step 2 of the above-listed pay range for 2001 and <br />2002; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that because the Assistant <br />Clubhouse Manager position was eliminated at the May 20, 2002 Special Meeting of the <br />City Council, the salary schedule listed herein is effective for the period of June 16, <br />2001-May 19, 2002 <br /> <br /> <br /> Adopted this 28th day of May, 2002. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> Richard Sonterre, Mayor <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> Kathleen F.
