Consideration and Formal Introduction of Ordinance No. 537 Amending <br /> Appendix A, Specific Rezonings of the Mounds View Municipal Code <br /> Paul Harrington, Community Development Coordinator, reported that <br /> at the May 2 , 1994 , Council Work Session, the City Council reviewed <br /> the request of Everest Development, representing Multi-Tech, for a <br /> development proposal on the property immediately west of the <br /> existing Multi-Tech facility at 2205 Woodale Drive. Harrington <br /> further reported that as partof this request, the applicant asked <br /> that the Council rezone the property to be utilized for the <br /> development from B-3 , Highway Business to PUD, Planned Unit <br /> Development. Harrington explained that the rezoning would allow the <br /> property to be zoned consistent with other properties in the Park. <br /> The Planning Commission has approved this request. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Trude/Wuori to Waive the Reading and Approve Formal <br /> Introduction of Ordinance No. 537 Amending Appendix A, Specific <br /> Rezonings of the Mounds View Municipal Code <br /> VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> • I . Consideration of Resolution No. 4563 Approving the Preliminary Plat <br /> of Mounds. View Business Park West Addition <br /> Paul Harrington, Community Development Coordinator, reported that at <br /> the May 2 , 1994 Council Work Session, the Council reviewed the <br /> request of Everest Development for a major subdivision which would <br /> create two (2) lots on the property which is immediately west of the <br /> Multi-Tech property at 2205 Woodale Drive. Harrington further <br /> explained that approval of the plat, is part of, and necessary for, <br /> the proposed 60, 000 square foot addition to the Multi-Tech Facility. <br /> Harrington stated that staff had reviewed the proposal against the <br /> requirements se-tf-o-r-th-in Title 1200, "Subd v s onsa-of the Municipal <br /> Code and found that it meets all provisions stipulated. The <br /> Planning Commission has reviewed this proposal and recommended <br /> approval. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Blanchard/Trude to Adopt Resolution No. 4563 <br /> Approving the Preliminary Plat of the Mounds View Business Park West <br /> Addition <br /> VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> J.
