Consideration of Ordinance No. 538 Amending Appendix A, Specific <br /> Rezonings of the Mounds View Municipal Code <br /> Paul Harrington, Community Development Coordinator, reported that <br /> at the May 3 , 1994 City Council Work Session, the Council reviewed <br /> the request of the Westminster Corporation for an 83 unit Senior <br /> Housing Project to be located at 2701 County Road I. Harrington <br /> further reported that as part of this request, the applicant asked <br /> that the Council rezone the property to be utilized for the <br /> development from B-2 , Limited Business to PUD, Planned Unit <br /> • Development. Harrington explained that the rezoning would allow the <br /> project to "massage" the requirements of the Municipal Code as they <br /> relate to setbacks, area, parking and density. The Planning <br /> Commission has approved this request. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Trude/Quick to Waive the Reading and Approve Formal <br /> Introduction Ordinance no. 538 Amending Appendix A, "Specific <br /> Rezonings" of the Mounds View Municipal Code <br /> VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> G. Consideration and Formal Introduction of Ordinance No. 539 Amending <br /> Appendix- ,_Specific Rezonings o_the Mounds_View MunicipaLCode <br /> Paul Harrington, Community Development Coordinator, reported that at <br /> the May 2 , 1994 Council Work Session, the •City Council reviewed the <br /> request of C. G. Hill for a development proposal on the Building M <br /> site in the Mounds View Business Park. Harrington further reported <br /> that as part of their request, the applicant asked that the Council <br /> rezone the property to be utilized for the development from B-3 , <br /> Highway Business to PUD, Planned Unit Development. Harrington <br /> explained that the rezoning would allow the property to be zoned <br /> consistent with the other properties in the Park.
