Hill for a major subdivision which would create <br /> a lot available for the construction of their 30, 000 square foot <br /> facility. Harrington further reported that staff has reviewed the <br /> proposal against the requirements setforth in Title 1200, <br /> "Subdivisions" of the Municipal Code and found that it meets all <br /> provisions stipulated. The Planning Commission reviewed this <br /> proposal and recommended approval. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Wuori to Adopt Resolution No. 4562 Approving <br /> the Preliminary Plat of Mounds View Business Park East, Building M <br /> Addition <br /> VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> K. Consideration of Adoption of Resolution No. 4565 Authorizing the <br /> Services of Community Resources Partnership for the Implementation <br /> of the Community Partnership Program <br /> Cathy Bennett, Economic Development Coordinator, stated that at the <br /> May 2 , 1994 Council Work Session, Sarah Nelson of Community <br /> Resources Partnership gave a presentation regarding the Community <br /> • Partner's Program. Bennett explained that the Community Partners <br /> Program consists of a comprehensive written survey of Mounds View <br /> businesses followed by interviews with business representatives to <br /> discuss, in-person, business issues, concerns and future needs. <br /> Bennett presented a list of benefits identified by other surrounding <br /> cities who have participated in the program. Bennett noted that <br /> this is a 6-8 month program and would cost $12 , 500 . <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Trude/Blanchard to Adopt Resolution No. 4565 <br /> Authorizing the Services of Community Resources Partnership for the <br /> Implementation of the Community Partnership Program <br /> VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> L. Consideration of Adoption of Resolution No. 4567 Authorizing <br /> Participation in the North Metro Mayor's Association <br /> Samantha Orduno, City Administrator, reported that the issue of <br /> membership with the North Metro Mayor's Association has been <br /> discussed at two previous Council Work Sessions, the last one being <br /> May 2 , 1994 . <br /> Mayor Linke read a letter from Joseph Strauss for the audience. <br /> Mayor Linke stated that he felt that the City should become a <br /> member for the remainder of the year to see if the City should <br /> 4110 remain a member after that period of time is complete. <br />
