Mounds View City Council Page Eight <br /> 0 Regular Meeting June 27 , 1994 <br /> Councilmember Blanchard stated that a Conditional Use Permit can be <br /> be pulled at any time if there is a problem. <br /> Councilmember Wuori reassured the residents that Conditional Use Permits <br /> can even be pulled after the one year timeframe if there are problems. <br /> Mr. Butgusaim asked what the hours of minor repairs and maintenance would <br /> be. <br /> Orduno stated that these hours would be between the hours of 7 : 00 a.m <br /> and 9 : 00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and between 11: 00 a.m. and 5: 00 <br /> p.m. on Sunday. Harrington explained that the Planning Commission <br /> wanted to be sure that if someone needed car repair they could get in <br /> before their work hours. <br /> Mr. Butgusaim asked what is defined as minor auto repair. <br /> Linke stated that minor auto repair included oil changes, belts and <br /> hoses, brake repair, exhaust repair, diagnostic service and air <br /> conditioning service. <br /> Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 8 : 05 p.m. <br /> . 7 : 30 p.m. - Consideration of Revisions to the Surface Water Management <br /> Plan <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Blanchard/Quick to Remove Consideration of Revisions to <br /> the Surface Water Management Plan from the Table <br /> VOTE: 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Mayor Linke opened the public hearing at 8 : 06 p.m. <br /> Mike Ulrich, Public Works Director, reported that revisions had been made <br /> prior to the -recodf-ica-do-n--of the code and therefore, no action- need-be- - <br /> taken by the Council . <br /> Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 8 : 06 p.m. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Wuori to Approve Conditional Use Permit (minor <br /> auto repair) , 2975 Highway 10 <br /> VOTE: 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> COUNCIL BUSINESS: <br /> There. were no Consent Agenda items brought forward. <br />
