Consideration of Preliminary plat, "Mounds View Business Park East, <br /> 2nd Addition, Resolution No. 4648 <br /> Paul Harrington, Community Development Coordinator, stated that this <br /> was part of the Everest Proposal. Harrington explained that there <br /> were four properties involved in this plat and the four properties <br /> will be combined into one lot. <br /> . Mayor Linke asked if there were any unresolved conditions added to <br /> this request. <br /> Harrington responded that the conditions attached were that <br /> the plat be recorded with Ramsey County within 60 days of its <br /> approval and that the park dedication fee are paid on the property <br /> and those are governed under the Subdivision Regulations, Chapter <br /> 1200 of our Code. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Blanchard to Adopt Resolution No. 4648, <br /> Preliminary Plat, "Mounds View Business Park East, 2nd Addition <br /> VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays__ Motion Carried <br /> C. Consideration Regarding Public Works Boiler <br /> Mike Ulrich, Director of Public Works, reported that during the <br /> annual inspection and preseason tune up of the Public Works <br /> Facility's heating system, several worn or faulty components were <br /> discovered. Ulrich explained that the boiler was red tagged at that <br /> time and must not be utilized until repairs are completed. Ulrich <br /> further reported that this boiler is the original heating unit which <br /> had been installed in 1967 and it's efficiency rating is assumed <br /> very poor. Ulrich noted that an estimate had been received from the <br /> City's HVAC service to replace the non-efficient boiler with an <br /> eighty percent efficient system for $3 , 500. <br />
