Mr. Patterson has a single-family home <br /> with an attached garage. He is proposing to add a 14' x 22' (308 <br /> square feet) accessory building for storage. The Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission reviewed this item and recommended approval <br /> with the following conditions: <br /> (1) The Conditional Use Permit is recorded with Ramsey County. <br /> (-2-)- The building—shall be—maintained to provide a uniform_ _ <br /> appearance with the dwelling unit. <br /> (3) The accessory building does not exceed 400 square feet. <br /> (4) The only vehicles that may be stored in the accessory building <br /> are licensed collector vehicles. <br /> (5) There shall be no improved driving surface leading up to the <br /> accessory building. <br /> Harrington said the he had prepared Resolution No. 4670 Approving <br /> a Conditional Use Permit for Dennis Patterson on the recommendation <br /> of the Planning Commission. <br /> 4111 Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 7 : 12 p.m. <br />
