Cruikshank affirmed that this position would be fully funded by Ramsey County, and that the responsibilities of the Recycling Intern position would include all of those duties. MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Trude to Adopt Resolution No. 4665 Approving the Hire of Laurie Mezera-Kerr to Fill the Vacant Temporary, Part-time Recycling Internship Position VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried Councilmember Quick commented that Ms. Mezera-Kerr appeared to be very well qualified. PUBLIC HEARINGS: (continued) Consideration of Resolution No. 4670 Approving the Conditional Use Permit Request of Dennis Patterson, 8121 Edgewood Drive, to Allow for the Construction of an Oversized Accessory Building 411 Mayor Linke opened the public hearing at 7: 10 p.m. Paul Harrington, Community Development Coordinator, informed Council that this item was very similar to the previous request for a Conditional Use Permit. Mr. Patterson has a single-family home with an attached garage. He is proposing to add a 14' x 22' (308 square feet) accessory building for storage. The Mounds View Planning Commission reviewed this item and recommended approval with the following conditions: (1) The Conditional Use Permit is recorded with Ramsey County. (-2-)- The building—shall be—maintained to provide a uniform_ _ appearance with the dwelling unit. (3) The accessory building does not exceed 400 square feet. (4) The only vehicles that may be stored in the accessory building are licensed collector vehicles. (5) There shall be no improved driving surface leading up to the accessory building. Harrington said the he had prepared Resolution No. 4670 Approving a Conditional Use Permit for Dennis Patterson on the recommendation of the Planning Commission. 4111 Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 7 : 12 p.m.
