A retainer in the amount of Two Thousand Dollars (52,000) will serve as partial paymeni upon submission of the executed contract and prior to commencement of the work. The remaining Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($14,500) will be billed on a monthly basis of Two Thousand Dalian, with the final payment made upon completion of the contract.
