However, the exieting house floes not <br />mPet setback requirementa as subdivision requeated (13' frotn r.eaz <br />lot line of Lot 6). A varianca wuuld be required for a relief of 17'. <br />The garaqe (22x23) must be relocated to meet setback requi,rements as <br />it liee on the common lot line of Lote 6 and 7. mhe ehed on Lot 7 <br />is ovorsized and ahould Ge removed or relocated. If it ia relocated, <br />it must be reduced to ordinance size (2~8 =quare feet). Adjacent <br />to the southern lols (5 and 6) is an undeveloped parcel 41.5' wide <br />by 458.2' deep not owned Sy the applicant. Fieher i.n 1991 <br />and that aesessmenta to dat.e un tha property have amounted to $50,000. <br />Mr. F.isher plans to keep his own home there.
