Commission Member Burmeister atated she had no problem with the rcezoning but that she di3 see a problem with the curb cuts and recommended they be brought out tu Edgewood when Che etreet was put in. Commiasion Member Glazer atai:ed he had a pr.oblem with the R-2 zoning and ' that ~uet because there was alzeady R-2 in the area did noC meen that ~ everything should be changed to R-Z. He added that he would like to see the lot remain at R-1. ~ Commission Member Fedor staeed Chat he was concerned i~ the mittimum square { fooeage requiraments would be met with the propoaed building plan and stated that he would pref~r seeing 3t stay R-1.
