He added that he <br />has not seen a demonetsuted need for the rezoning and pointed out that <br />Mr. Birch kn~:w it was R-1 property. <br />Comnisaion Membar Burmeieter pointed out that the J.ot is 147' wide, whicli <br />ie extremely large for a eingle family nome. Commission Member Fedor <br />replied that other R-1 Lots in the neighborhood are that large. <br />Chairpereon Fiaake stated that she still felt R-2 wus the best zoning, <br />naidering the netghborhood and the busy atreet.
