The City Fores�er wiil <br />review the planting schedule and make recommendations from the lists provided or make <br />alternative recommendations. The applicant shaf! revis� the pfan based upon the Cifiy <br />Forester's comments and io show all species and in whai quanfiities. A colored <br />renditior� has beer� provided for#his building which is afifiached forthe commission's review. <br />The proposeci coiors are consistent with the Theater. A paiio area is shown ofF the back of <br />the building. <br />General Site Plar� Comments <br />The firs� four Site Plan General Notes listed on Page C2-1 do not apply fo this <br />developmenf and should be revised to reflecf the subject parcel.
