It was <br />scheduled to be replaced in 1996. It has become too costly and unsafe to continue to repair this unit. <br />I have looked into several different brands of mowers to replace the Howard Price with. Eleven cities I <br />have contacted are using and highly recommend the Toro 580 for their mowing needs. I have included the <br />mowers specifications as well as the cost of the mower on the state bid in this packet.
