<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5541 <br /> <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A DEVELOPMENT REVIEW <br />REQUEST FOR AN OFFICE BUILDING LOCATED AT 2720 HIGHWAY 10; <br />PLANNING CASE NO. DE01-002. <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Institute of Public Health has applied for a development review to <br />construct a 16,912 square foot office building at 2720 Highway 10; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is zoned PUD, Planed Unit Development, is designated <br />as a “Mixed Use PUD” use on the Comprehensive Plan and is legally described as follows: <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Silverview Estates <br />Ramsey County, State of Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, according to Section 1006.06 of the Mounds View Municipal Code, any new <br />construction or expansion of existing facilities requires the approval of a development review; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, according to the adopted Development Agreement pertaining to the <br />Silverview Estates Planned Unit Development, a maximum 25,000 square feet of commercial <br />office is a permitted use on this lot; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the following documents <br />regarding this proposal: <br /> <br />1. Letter from George Winiecki, dated Feb 19, 2001 <br />7. Letter from Gary Dahle, dated March 21, 2001 <br />8. Silverview Estates PUD Document, approved Dec 8, 1997 <br />9. Silverview Estates site plan, approved Dec 8, 1997 <br />10. Planning Commission Resolution 650-01 <br />11. Staff Report <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed development satisfies the requirements of Zoning Code as <br />well as the adopted Planned Unit Development Document agreement approved on December 8, <br />1997; and,
