Mounds View City Council February 28, 2000 <br />Regular Meeting Page 33 <br />Mayor Coughlin stated this was essentially to reclaim the money that would be lost due to some <br />of the procedural delays. <br /> <br />City Attorney Long stated this was correct. He indicated the intent of the Council was to have a <br />15-year period, however the earlier date represented a lesser amount of time. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Thomason. To Waive the Reading and Approve the First Reading <br />of Ordinance , an Ordinance Amending Ordinance 644, Section 108 as to Interim Use <br />Permits for Billboards, and Setting the Public Hearing and Second Reading for March 13, 2000, <br />at 7:20 P.M. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />11. Next Council Work Session: Monday, March 6, 2000 – 6:00 P.M. <br /> Next Council Meeting: Monday, March 13, 2000 – 7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />Mayor Coughlin extended his appreciation to staff and the Council for their hard work, <br />particularly in light of the emotionally difficult nature of this meeting. <br /> <br />12.
