Ongoing programs and <br />services are fully <br />responsive to the <br />organization’s needs. <br />b. Monitoring procedures are <br />in place and functioning <br />well. <br />c. Measurable outcomes (to <br />the extent possible) are <br />used to determine success <br />in program planning. <br />d. The Clerk/Administrator <br />can be depended upon to <br />follow through. <br />e.
