<br />Task 7: Develop and recommend implementation strategies for the plans <br />recommended above: <br /> Transportation and Safety Plan <br /> Urban Design/Corridor Enhancement Plan <br /> Economic Development Plan <br /> <br />Task 8: Prepare detailed cost estimates involved with implementing the <br />recommended plans. <br /> <br />• Identify impact on public/private utilities and drainage facilities including <br />wetland manipulation. <br /> <br />• Prepare cost estimates of capital improvements, program and ordinance <br />changes, and various proposed implementation strategies. <br /> <br />• Identify other potential costs necessary to implement the proposed plans. <br /> <br /> <br />III. Desired Qualifications of Consultant <br /> Experience in highway design and reconstruction work <br /> Demonstrated experience in public and agency involvement <br /> Understanding of impact of highway development on economic development <br /> Demonstrated ability to work well with clients <br /> Breadth of expertise on various aspects of design process <br /> Ability to meet project timeline <br /> Experience in dealing with multiple jurisdictions <br /> <br /> <br />IV. Organization of the proposal <br /> <br />Proposals should include responses to each of the following items. Include sample work <br />products as appropriate to address the services expected from the consultant, as outlined in <br />Section II, “Scope of Services.” Please construct your responses in the same order as listed <br />below to facilitate review and comparison by the review committee. <br /> <br />1. Provide a general profile of the firm and identify the primary office serving the City of <br />Mounds View.
