The following programs are available <br />to Mounds View. <br /> <br />Ramsey County Rental Rehabilitation Program: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) <br />funded program. <br /> <br />Ramsey County Deferred Loan Program: (CDBG) <br /> <br />Home Energy Loans: (Energy and Environmental Resource Center) <br /> <br />Tax Increment Financing (TIF): Housing Replacement Program <br /> <br />Housing Maintenance Code/Licensing: City inspects 25% of rental units each year <br /> <br />Manufactured Housing: Three manufactured home parks with a total of 585 mobile homes. The <br />manufactured home parks provide a substantial portion of the city’s affordable housing. <br /> <br />Livable Communities Housing Initiatives Fund: Metropolitan Council <br /> <br />MHFA Community Fix Up Fund: The City of Mounds View was approved to participate in the <br />program in 1998. Program funds will be targeted to homeowners with homes built before 1965. <br /> <br /> <br />Local Initiatives <br /> <br />Economic Development Authority (EDA): One of the objectives of the EDA is to provide housing <br />opportunities for residents. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
