Consideration of Change for Single Owner to Corporation for Liquor, 2840 Highway 10 Michele Severson, Deputy Clerk, explained that the City Council had approved an off-sale intoxicating liquor license to Stanley Murzyn, Sr'. on October 25th, 1993. Mr. Murzyn has filed corporation papers with the Secretary of State's Office and has supplied the City with the Certificate of Incorporation for Murzyn Liquors. This is a change in status from a single ownership to a corporation. Severson reported that Mr. Murzyn had completed all of the necessary paperwork. • MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Wuori to Table Change from Single to Corporation Status of Murzyn Liquor, 2840 Highway 10 VOTE: 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried B. Consideration of Upper Midwest Golden Gloves Boxing Event to be Held at Bel-Rae Ballroom, 5394 Edgewood Drive on January 25, 1994 Michele Severson, Deputy Clerk, explained that Upper Midwest Golden Gloves requested to conduct an amateur boxing event at the Bel-Rae Ballroom on January 25, 1994. Severson reported that all necessary paperwork had been completed and that per Minnesota Statutes, 1992, 341.08, it is stated that before the State Boxing Commission will issue a license for an event to be held in a certain municipality, the municipality must pans a resolution permitting the conduct of such event. VOTE: 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried C. Consideration of Purchase of a Snow Blower Attachment for the Skid Loader for Blowing Sidewalks, Easements and Rinks Mary Saarion, Director of Parks, Recreation and Forestry, reported. that the Park and Recreation Department and Public Works would like to purchase a piece of equipment that. would serve both departments in snow removal for sidewalks and easements throughout the City as well as rink maintenance.
