Consideration of Resolution No. 4469 Regarding Wellness Program <br />. Expenditure <br />Tim Cruikshank, Assistant to the City Administrator, stated <br />that in 1991 the Mounds View City Council established a policy <br />that would allow employees to. be reimbursed for a health club <br />membership in exchange for accrued sick leave. The philosophy <br />of this exchange was that employees who participated would be <br />healthier and therefore more productive. Cruikshank. reported <br />that the monthly reimbursement could not exceed $?5. <br />Cruikshank reported that as a result of the 1994 budgeting <br />process, the maximum monthly contribution amount was decreased <br />by $35 to $40 per month. Consideration of Ordinance No. 532 Adopting the New Municipal <br />Code <br />Tim Cruikshank, Assistant to the City Administrator, reported <br />that in April of 1992 the City Council authorized staff to <br />
