IS:&is] Lei 0us] ,&T111i <br />%A V j a I I : I E <br />WHEREAS, since its establishment in Mounds View in 2004, Bethlehem Baptist <br />Church has generously supported activities that have benefited the residents of Mounds <br />View; and <br />WHEREAS, Bethlehem Baptist Church would like to continue that support by <br />making a contribution to the City of Mounds View of $15,000 to support the following <br />programs and activities: <br />• Shield 616 Replacement Program (PD) <br />$21400 <br />• Ralph Reeder <br />$27500 <br />• Quincy House <br />$2,500 <br />• Community Support Center (YMCA) <br />$2,500 <br />• Tot Time Program Supplies <br />$1,000 <br />• Police Explorer/Reserve Start Up <br />$27500 <br />• City Hall Fitness Equipment <br />$1,600 <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council <br />gratefully acknowledges and accepts the donation of $15,000 from Bethlehem Baptist <br />Church, authorizes the distribution of the funds as directed herein, and approves the <br />amendment of the 2018 Budget as may be necessary. <br />Adopted this 10th Day of September <br />Carol A.
