Bethlehem <br />;° Baptist Church <br />August 29, 2018 <br />Proposal to the City Council of Mounds View, Minnesota <br />on the Disbursement of <br />"The Bethlehem Baptist Church Mounds View Service Project Fund" <br />After receiving input from Nyle Zikmund, Mounds View City Administrator, representatives from <br />the Mounds View Park and Recreation Commission and Northwest YMCA staff members, on <br />behalf of Bethlehem Baptist Church, I would like to recommend that the second -half donation to <br />the 2018 "Bethlehem Baptist Church Mounds View Service Project Fund" ($15,000) be <br />distributed by the city to meet the needs of our community in the following ways: <br />Shield616* <br />$2400 <br />Ralph R. Reeder <br />$2500 <br />Quincy House <br />$2500 <br />Community Support Annual Fund <br />$2500 <br />c Tot Time Program Supplies <br />$1000 <br />4 Explore Reserve Start -Up <br />$2500 <br />t Fitness Center Equipment <br />$1600 <br />* We are recommending that $2400 be set aside each donation period between now and Fal <br />2022 to replace the Shield616 armor at that time.
