Item 05C <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />A CUP and Development Review were approved in 2002 <br />for a 12,000 sq ft addition (administration, media <br />center, computer lab, classrooms, loading dock), <br />(Resolution 5688, revised by Resolution 5890). <br /> <br />Comprehensive Plan The property is guided as “Institutional”. <br /> <br />Utility Service Utilities are existing. <br /> <br />Surface Water Drainage A storm water infiltration basin will be located near the <br />east parking lot, currently occupied by a practice field. <br />Underground storage units will be located under the <br />north and east parking lots. This will elevate the east <br />parking lot so that the grade more closely matches the <br />building entrance. <br /> <br />Erosion & Sediment Control Included in the plan set. <br /> <br />Streets: The City plans to reconstruct Woodale Dr in 2019. The <br />project has not been designed yet. Consideration is <br />needed for parking, bike lane, etc. This will have an <br />impact on the school use, and construction access. <br /> <br />Driveways Woodale Dr: New driveway at Greenfield Ave <br />to service the north parking lot. <br /> <br />Co Rd H: Driveway will be reconstructed <br />(1 lane in, 2 lanes out). An <br />Administrative Variance has <br />been requested to allow an <br />increased width from 32’ to 38’. <br /> <br />Trails Edgewood Dr Existing. <br /> <br />Co Rd H No sidewalk exists, or is <br />proposed. There is an existing <br />trail along the south side of Co <br />Rd H (Long Lake Regional Park) <br /> <br /> Along the south driveway will <br />be a sidewalk connecting Co Rd <br />H and the school building. <br />Ramsey County is reviewing the <br />feasibility of a crosswalk across <br />Co Rd H.
