<br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9079 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMEND RESOLUTION 8969 FOR PETER SZUREK TO ADVANCE TO STEP 3 OF <br />THE 2018 PAY PLAN EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 18, 2018 ACCORDING TO THE <br />OFFER LETTER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View approved Resolution 8969 on May 29, <br />2018 and hired Peter Szurek as the Public Works Superintendent; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View entered into negotiations with Mr. Szurek <br />and accepted the request to begin his employment at Step 2 of the 2018 Pay Plan and <br />advance to Step 3 at the conclusion of a successful six (6) month probation period. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves the amendment to Resolution 8969 through Resolution 9079 and approve Mr. <br />Szurek advancing to Step 3 of the 2018 Pay Plan effective December 18, 2018 per the <br />negotiated job offer letter.
