The Mounds View Vision <br />A Thriving Desirable Community <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9125 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING HANNA KENOW TO POLICE <br />ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Mounds View posted for a Police Administrative <br />Assistant; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Mounds View posted for the position on its web page, <br />the League of Minnesota Cities web page, and Indeed.com; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, One hundred twelve (112) completed applications were received, <br />scored and ten (10) interviews were conducted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, An interview panel comprised of the Police Chief, Deputy Police <br />Chief, Police Investigator, and the Human Resources Coordinator conducted interviews <br />on May 16 and 17, 2019. At the end of the interview process staff engaged in <br />discussion and came to a conclusion for a recommendation. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves the hiring of Hanna Kenow to the position of Police Administrative Assistant <br />starting June 25, 2019 at Step 1.5 in the 2019 compensation plan, complete a six-month <br />probationary period and advance to Step 2.
