Staff recommends that this pole be <br />eliminated, or an alternative fixture be considered. <br />During the Planning Commission's June 5'h Work Session, it was asked about street lighting. <br />The project does not propose additional street lighting. There will <br />be a fenced Dog Run along Edgewood Dr. Residents will be allowed to keep pets. The <br />Developer indicted there will be restrictions to the size and breed of dogs, and that they must be <br />current on vaccinations, and follow the building's Pet Policy. <br />During the Planning Commission's June 511 Work Session, it was asked about storm water <br />ponds. The project will include two infiltration basins, one in the southeast corner, and one <br />along Edgewood Dr. These basins are designed not to hold water, other than during storm <br />events. The bottom of the basins will be 6' below grade. Other stromwater storage will occur in <br />underground chambers below the parking lot. <br />Snow Storage <br />There is no firm plan for on-site snow storage, without displacing parking stalls.
