The Developer stated construction would <br />occur 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM. <br />Summary <br />INH Properties proposes to build a 128 -unit apartment building on property zoned PUD, and <br />subject to approval of a CUP for a Residential PUD and a Development Review, which will be <br />detailed in a PUD Narrative (yet to be written). <br />12 City Code, Section 1129.05, Subd 1(Construction Materials) <br />13 City Code, Section 1104.02, Subd 4(c) (Minimum Floor Area Per Dwelling Unit) <br />14 MN Rule 7030.0040 (Noise Standards) establishes maximum levels for daytime (7:00 AM —10:00 PM) and <br />nighttime activities, based on the type of land use. For example, residential properties (Noise Area <br />Classification 1).
