<br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9224 <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVING AN INCREASE IN HOURS FOR BARB BENESCH <br />EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Barb Benesch is the longest tenured employee that has worked for <br />the City of Mounds View, and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Benesch had retired but upon request, returned to work in a part <br />time capacity, and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, her knowledge, skill, contributions, and abilities demand a recognition <br />in status being clarified as permanent part time and hours be increased. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota does hereby approve the increase in hours <br />for the Executive Assistant to the Administrator position to 58 bi-weekly with no more than <br />29 per week; <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Ms. Benesch receives a 2018 COLA of 2.65 <br />percent in addition to the 2020 COLA which, along with the increased hours, would <br />increase payroll accounts budget by $18,000. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of January, 2020. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Carol A.
