FIVE YEAR CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PLAN <br />M <br />Director Saarion distributed and reviewed a <br />memorandum that was sent to the City <br />Council on January 26, 1989 regarding the <br />Commissions yearly revision of the Five Year <br />Capital Improvements Plan. The Commission <br />made the following revisions: <br />1990 <br />Silver View Park play facility $ 8,000.00 <br />Floor replacement at: <br />Groveland Building 1,000.00 <br />Hillview Building 1,000.00 <br />Woodcrest Building 1,000.00 <br />Silver View twin volleyball <br />sandlot court 1,500.00 <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Long, <br />seconded by Commissioner Stevenson to <br />change the 1990 $8,000 designated for <br />Oakwood play structure to be used for Silver <br />View Park play structure and to leave the <br />other 1990 expenditures as previously <br />proposed. Motion passed: 6 ayes, ^v nayes. <br />1991 <br />Woodcrest hockey boards <br />replacement $5,000.00 <br />Handicapped play equipment <br />for Silver View Park 7,500.00 <br />1992 - Last year of Everest Development Park <br />Dedication monies. <br />Play equipment for older <br />children at Silver View $2,500.00 <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Silvis, <br />seconded by Commissioner Starr to use the <br />$5,000 originally proposed for the exercise <br />trail at Ardan Park and the $2,500 remaining <br />funds for the construction of handicapped play <br />equipment in 1991 at Silver View Park. <br />
